Refund Policy

CANCELLATION

HOTEL SONA INTERNATIONAL

Booking Cancellation can only be done manually by calling the hotel and the amount shall be refunded to the costumers account as per the refund policy of the hotel maximum within 30 days of the date of cancellation request.

Valid photo identity proof of all adult is required during the check-in process , hotel wouldnot allow the guest to check-in without valid photo identity proof .
(PAN CARD SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS AN IDENTITY PROOF).

Any extra services availed by the costumer shall be charged separately and the payment has to be done at the hotel during checkout.

HOTEL POLICIES:

Check-in: 8.00 AM & Check-Out: 7 AM.

  1. Please, furnishing of photo ID proof having address proof of each and every member is mandatory at the time of check-in.
  2. A copy of this booking should be produced at the time of Check-In.
  3. Room booking date cannot be changed.
  4. Booking is not transferable.
  5. Room number to be provided at the time of check-in, however, the category of room is confirmed.
  6. Any communication will be replied only of received from your registered mail id as per our record.
  7. Any dispute arising out of this reservation will be subject to Puri Jurisdiction only.
  8. Pets are not allowed.
  9. Single person booking is not allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 75% Amount (excluding GST) Refund Before 20 Days prior to arrival date.
  • 50% Amount (excluding GST) Refund Before 15 Days prior to arrival date.
  • 25% Amount (excluding GST) Refund Before 10 Days prior to arrival date.
  • No refund against confirmed booking, when cancelled within below 10 days prior to arrival date.

NO-SHOW POLICY:

  • Reservation will stand automatically cancelled if you fail to occupy the room within 12hrs. From the scheduled checking in.
  • For late check-in, Guest must intimate to the Hotel.
  • In case of no-show, there will be no-refund of the advance paid.
